Our website hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security-related signals.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess the request, correspond with you, prepare potential project discussions and manage related business communications. Please avoid submitting confidential tender materials, sensitive personal information or protected project documents through the public inquiry form.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and protect our website and process inquiry requests, Resend to transmit inquiry emails, and Microsoft 365 to receive and manage business correspondence. These providers may process information in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy practices and service configurations, including processing outside Canada.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry records according to business needs, contractual requirements and applicable legal obligations, and apply access controls appropriate to business correspondence. Retention periods depend on the nature of the inquiry and resulting business relationship. The public website form does not provide a secure tender-document upload facility.
Your choices and questions
You may request information about the personal information associated with your inquiry, or ask for a correction or deletion where appropriate and legally permitted. Contact info@speracontracting.com with the subject line “Privacy Inquiry”.
